Frees the thread-safe data type.
destructor Destroy; override;
Destroy is the overridden destructor for the class.
Destroy calls ClearAndFree when the OwnsObjects property indicates that object instances added using the AddObject method are owned by the thread-safe data type.
Destroy calls the inherited destructor prior to exiting from the method.
