Indicates that the IP history is stored to the history file.

Description

HistoryEnabled is a Boolean property used to indicate if the IPHistoryList should be saved in SaveHistory, or restored in LoadHistory, using the file specified in HistoryFilename. 

The default value for HistoryEnabled is IP_WATCH_HIST_ENABLED, as assigned in the Create constructor.
