Indicates if the remote FSP host implements throughput control.

Description

ThruputControl is a read-only Boolean property that indicates if the remote FSP host implements throughput control. 

ThruputControl is updated in the Version method to reflect the current FSP host configuration. When ThruputControl contains True, values in the ServerMaxThruPut and ServerMaxPacketSize properties will reflect the values from the remote FSP host.
