Frees the object instance.

destructor Destroy; override;
Description

Destroy is the overridden destructor for the object instance. 

Destroy frees resources allocated to the ExceptionReply and CommandHandlers properties when the component was initialized. 

Destroy calls the inherited destructor prior to exiting from the method.
