Indicates CommandHandlers are used by the listening thread for the client.

Description

CommandHandlersEnabled is a boolean property that indicates if object instances in the CommandHandlers collection are used during execution of the listening thread for the client. 

The default value for CommandHandlersEnabled is IdCommandHandlersEnabledDefault.
