Default network class for IP addresses in TIdNetworkCalculator.

Description

ID_NETWORKCLASS is a constant value that represents the default TNetworkClass value assigned for IP addresses in TIdNetworkCalculator. 

ID_NETWORKCLASS is assigned to the NetworkClass property in TIdNetworkCalculator during initialization of the component.
